A recount of 2SD's and 2LJ's trip to the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre.

On Monday 24th September at ten minutes past eight, I excitedly arrived at school because I was about to go on a brilliant adventure to the Shropshire Hilsl Discovery Centre. (SHDC for short). When I arrived at school, I put my bags down and went to the toilet. Then, I got on the grand bus and we arrived at the SHDC at ten minutes to ten.

First, we enthusiastically observed the three point five metre tall adult female wooly mammoth. It was a skeleton replica and it was amazing!

After that, I expolored the mighty stone age exhibition and I expolored this with Noah. There was a video room, a life like Stone Age hut and some rubbings. I loved it!

Next, we had lunch. I really enjoyed sitting with Noah and chatting about our day.

Just after that, Jill gave us some more information about the wooly mammoth. The people who found the wooly mamoth also found some baby mammoths but these wouldnt fit in the exhibition. The mammoth was twenty five years old and it had three baby mammoths.

Finally, we went on a stroll then happily departed from the SHDC at quarter past two. The trip was stupendous and phenomenal.
