Welcome to Ospreys class page.  
We are a Key Stage 2 class in the LCC.  Miss Wilce is the Teacher and the teaching assistants are Mrs Drew, Miss Sebbage, Miss Earlstone, Mrs Scotford and Mrs Reece. 

We have a bright and large classroom with two special rooms for regulation.  One room is the ‘bouncy room’ and the other room is the ‘quiet room’. 

We have Forest School every Monday morning and on Tuesdays and Thursdays we have PE.

This half term, our English texts have focused on food and links to Harvest Festival. We have studied Red Rockets and Rainbow Jelly, Handas Surprise, The Big Red Apple, Oliver’s Fruit Salad, Beans on Toast and Jack and the Beanstalk. Each Thursday we have followed instructions and gained more knowledge of food through cookery. We have made apple crumble, fruit salad, beans on toast and jelly bean jelly.  
In maths, we have been working well at developing our place value skills.  
Each day we focus hard on our communication and social skills.  PSHE is a very important part of our curriculum and we have been sharing, turn taking, cooperating and being responsible. It’s been a great start to the year in Ospreys Class ⭐️
