Ospreys

Welcome to Ospreys class page.
We are a Key Stage 2 class in the LCC. Mrs Davey and Miss Bloore are the teachers and the Teaching Assistants are: Miss Simpson, Miss Earlstone, Mrs Scotford and Miss Semencuka.

We have a bright and large classroom with two special rooms for regulation. One room is the ‘sensory room' and one room is the 'reflection room'

We enjoy going out and about in our local community. You will be able to see a range of photos on our class page.

In January we attended weekly sessions at REACT gymnastics where all children developed some fantastic gymnastic and trampolining skills.

In English we will be working on letter writing with focus on identifying nouns, verbs and adjectives

In maths, we have been working well at developing our measurement skills. This half term we will be focusing on fractions.

Each day we focus hard on our communication and social skills. PSHE is a very important part of our curriculum and we have been sharing, turn taking, cooperating and being responsible. It’s been a great start to the year in Ospreys Class ⭐️
