Week 5
Halloween Fun Week!!
This week we have been celebrating Halloween, taking part in a scavengar hunt finding pumpkins in trees, bats on branches and spooky ghosts amongst the bushes. Afterwards the children each had their own pumpkin and they created fantastic hedgehogs using pieces of hazel and hammering them in, adding eyes and mouths. A great activity using big mallets and lots of careful movements to add spikes. We finished with a little fire using the Kelly Kettle, we then made hot chocolate and had little treat.
