Forest School Week 5
This week during FS we collected and identified lots of different leaves. We enjoyed making leaf kebabs and counting the different varieties of leaves we could find. We used clipboards and pictures to help us identify the different leaves, we found hazel, beech, ash, holly, elder, oak, sycamore and conker leaves. The children couldn't believe how many different varieties there were!
We also enjoyed making faces on the trees out of clay adding features using items foraged from the forest floor.
