Week 4

Forest School Week 4

 

This week we had lots of fun at Forest School. We went minibeast hunting, collected flowers to fill our cardboard hearts and built dens. We even had a go at 'leaf bashing', which was my favourite activity. We used a hammer, a sheet of cotton and found a nice flat log. The children were allowed to pick 1 leaf and some flowers with the help of an adult for this activity, because in order for the printing to take place the leaf/ flower must contain enough chlorophyll to colour the cotton.
